life is a collection of moments…the highs, the heartbreaks, the hustles, and the healing. but the truth is, most of our growth doesn’t happen in the milestones. it happens in the space between them. the space between jobs. the space between relationships. the space between grief and grace, identity and reinvention, pressure and peace. this is where we learn to breathe again. this is where we learn to be.
what it means to work in the space between
the space between is both a philosophy and a framework. it’s a way of living, leading, and loving with more awareness and intention. it invites you to pause before you push. to notice what your body, mind, and spirit are saying. to build new rhythms that honor your growth instead of rushing past it.
why “the space between” exists
i created the space between because i know what it feels like to be everything for everyone and lose yourself in the process. as a mother, nonprofit professional, and advocate, i’ve spent years moving through seasons that were beautiful and brutal at the same time. i witnessed how unhealthy systems and constant striving can silently drain even the strongest hearts.
when i finally stopped to listen…to breathe, to heal, to reconnect that’s when i realized that wellness isn’t found at the finish line. it’s cultivated in the space between what was and what’s next. that realization became the foundation of lovee reign and the heart of all i teach, coach, and create.
